📦 To Be Eligible for a Return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or email)

  • Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery

🔁 How to Request a Return or Refund:

  1. Email us at glampenteam@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll send you instructions for returning your item (if applicable)

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement

❗ Please Note:

  • We do not cover return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after receiving your return

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit — please use a trackable shipping method
